The customer and BNB SP conclude a contract in which it is agreed that Special Projects will take care of both the project development and the execution within an agreed time and according to a set price. By signing the contract, we undertake to achieve the final construction, as opposed to just carrying out the work, as consultants do. | |

The architect and other advisers (selected by the customer or the contractor) produce a definitive design under the responsibility of Specials Projects. | |

The engineering drawings are likewise made under the responsibility of Special Projects. | |

Special Projects organises the whole realisation process (maintenance included) and delivers the construction in accordance with the agreed schedule. | |
